For international orders, postage is charged exactly at the Australia Post rate, and if you overpay, we will refund the difference via PayPal or direct bank deposit. Occasionally, Australia Post may update its fees before eBay reflects these changes, but rest assured, we will cover any discrepancies so that there is no extra charge to our customers.

For added security, insurance will be included on all items valued over $200. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase or if it is damaged in transit, we will provide a full refund upon the return of the item within 30 days of purchase.

Please note that return shipping costs apply for international orders, and items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will not be issued for items that have been intentionally damaged by the customer.
