Melbourne Rare Book week is happening again soon.

With over 50 Free events at locations all over the Melbourne area this is our fifth year and it gets bigger and better every year. All events have a rare book theme from the first event on Thurs 14 th July Preservation of Photographs, Books and Paper based items at the GSV in Collins St to my own talk on 20 th July entitled “Collecting Egyptology”, From Narmer to Cleopatra, Ancient Egypt fascinates everyone.

The venue is Albert Park Yacht Club from 6.30-7.30. Our week culminates on Friday 22nd July with the ANZAAB Rare Book Fair at Wilson Hall, Melbourne University, yes Ankh Antiquarian Books will be there with a splendid display.
